Due to the texture, paint materials, and layering techniques used, there may be cracks, imperfections, which are natural for hand painting.
You will be able to express all your wishes, such as about colors and tones. We will make all necessary changes. Only when you are fully satisfied with your photo will we send it to you!
The color of the artwork may be slightly different from the color on the actual project, depending on your screen resolution and calibration.

It takes time for our commission artist to paint your painting. Please kindly allow 2-3 weeks turnaround time.
Your order will be dispatched in about 2 weeks' time after placing the order.

To protect painting well during shipping, all paintings are ROLLED(Unframed/Not stretched)and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages.
It's 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base.

*For rolled canvas, we will leave EXTRA 2-3 inches white border on the painting four sides for stretching or framing.
